Description

The Bloom Project will host “Chief Talk Movement,” a youth town hall meeting where young people can voice their thoughts to Chief Troy Riggs of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. The program will also include a free meal and a recreational activity. The target audience is youth ages 12 through 18.

The Bloom Project is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization in Central Indiana which is dedicated to providing group mentoring with service projects, career exploration, college preparation, and character development opportunities for our community’s young people. The Youth Action Council, as an outreach of the Bloom Project, Inc., aims to give youth a voice in changing the circumstances that impact their daily lives.
